DELIVERY

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: All of my items are printed to order by myself, which means I have a standard turnaround of 10-15 working days. 

Q: Why does delivery take so long?

A: Fierce Females Club is a one-woman band, run just by myself. As well as my business, I also currently work a full time job, as well as being an on-call firefighter. The latter means that I can be called out at a moments notice, and sometimes be out for hours at a time, which impacts how much time I can spend on my business. Unfortunately this means that my time is quite limited and I need to give myself time to process your order, print the items, tag them, package them and post them off to you.

Q: How is my order sent?
A: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service, you can choose first or second class at checkout. Free shipping will be sent second class unless you upgrade to first class.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Q: Can I have my own slogan/design printed?
A: Yes! I'm always happy to do custom orders, so if you have something specific in mind, please do get in touch. I have a huge range of products in various colours and styles available, just ask! You can email me at info@fiercefemalesclub.co.uk

Q: Do you do printing for teams or businesses?

A: Yes! I love creating designs for teams, so if you're looking for something for your next CrossFit team event, get in touch! You can choose something totally custom, personalise your items, or simply make a bulk order of any of my current designs (with a bulk order discount!).

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel any un-personalised/custom orders within 1 working day. Please email me at info@fiercefemalesclub.co.uk within one day of placing your order and it will be cancelled and refunded.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: If the item doesn't fit, or you don't like it when it arrives, then you are welcome to return. The item needs to be unworn and unwashed and with original tags/packaging. Please note I cannot accept returns of items that have been worn/washed/damaged in any way. You, the buyer, are responsible for return postage costs, and I ask that you send it using a tracked service so it can be traced. Please contact me if you'd like to return an item.

Q: What if it's personalised?
A: Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for personalised or custom items.

Q: What do I do if there's something wrong with my order?
A: If you have any problems at all, please drop me an email at info@fiercefemalesclub.co.uk with your name and order number to discuss.
